Hej! I'm Elin. In Sweden we like things lagom: not too much, not too little. That is how I treat your information. Take your time with this letter, maybe with a coffee.
In a few calm lines
- Visiting needs no account and sets no ad cookies.
- Hotmart handles payment; your card number never reaches me.
- Your information is not for sale or rent, ever.
- Ask to see, correct or delete it at [email protected].
The name on the door
Who is in charge of this site?
Elin Lindqvist Bowling runs this site, the books and the membership. My address for all of this is [email protected].
A quiet visit
Does anything follow me around when I read your pages?
Nothing follows you. There is no account to make and no form to fill in. You will find no advertising cookies here, and no tracking pixels. No analytics scripts, and no trackers from Google or Facebook.
Cloudflare hosts my site. To deliver the pages and protect them, Cloudflare processes your IP address.
Coming from a video
What is recorded when I use a link or QR code from your videos?
Those links carry a little code. We record the time, which video or link you used, which page it opened and your country.
From your IP address we make a scrambled code. We never store the IP address, and the code can't be turned back into it. This tells me which videos actually help.
One small cookie lives for 30 days. It only notes which book page version you got, so the page stays the same when you come back. This site sets no other cookie. Hotmart's checkout uses its own cookies, under Hotmart's policy.
Ordering a book
What happens to my payment details?
Hotmart collects them: your name, email, billing and payment details. Your card number is never shown to me.
Hotmart lets us know which book you chose and its price. It also shares your email and country, plus the video or link that led you here. For book orders, I keep a scrambled version of your email rather than the email itself.
A checkout left halfway
What if I stop before paying?
Say you leave a checkout unfinished, or the payment doesn't go through. Hotmart may then give us your name and email.
I might send up to two gentle reminder emails. One click stops them. I never write if you have already bought.
Inside the membership
What do you keep about members?
From Hotmart I receive your name and email, your country and time zone. It also sends the status and dates of your membership, and which video or link brought you.
I keep these to send your letters. The letters tell me if they were delivered and which links were clicked.
When you write back
Do you keep the letters I send you?
Yes, I keep your message and your email so I can reply.
After 90 days, I delete the full raw copy of your email. I keep the text of your message so our conversation can carry on.
Help with writing
Is AI involved in answering me?
An AI writing assistant may help me draft replies, so you hear back sooner. Your message serves that purpose alone.
Who helps me
Which outside services touch my data?
Hotmart, for payments, book delivery and membership billing. Resend, which sends my emails. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, stores our data and receives the email you send.
Each one keeps its own privacy policy.
What it's for
Why do you collect any of this?
To deliver books and letters, answer your questions and handle refunds. To learn which videos help people.
And to tell you about other books from Elin Lindqvist Bowling. Each of those emails carries an unsubscribe link.
Never for sale
Could my details end up with advertisers?
No. I never sell or rent your personal information, and I never share it for advertising.
Your say
How can I stop emails or change my data?
In every email you will find a one-click unsubscribe link. Replying with the word “unsubscribe” works too.
Anywhere in the US, California too, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to [email protected]. You will have an answer within 30 days.
As the law requires, Hotmart also keeps its own purchase records.
How long it stays
How long do you keep my details?
I keep member data while you remain a member, and until you ask for it to be deleted. Order records remain for the time the law requires.
Unsubscribed addresses become a scrambled “do not email” note. It is kept only so you are never emailed again.
For grown-ups
Is this site for children?
No, the books and the membership are for adults. No data is knowingly collected from anyone under 13.
When this changes
How will I hear about changes?
I update this page and its “Last updated” date.

Steady pace, soft knees. — Elin
If anything is unclear, write to [email protected]. No rush; I will reply properly.
